Look inside the dryer for a metal item that has shorted the two metal moisture sensor bars. Check the moisture sensor wire harness after disconnecting the dryer. Any loose wires should be connected. If the moisture sensor wire harness is broken, it should be replaced.

Check the inlet thermistor wires after unplugging the dryer. Any loose wires should be reconnected. If the wire harness is damaged, it should be replaced. Check the inlet thermistor’s resistance.
