Solution

Filling time is too long

Check if the water taps behind the washing machine are completely open. Check the siphon in the drain system. Replace the inlet water valve assembly if it is faulty.

Slowly drains

Examine the washer drain and hose. Disconnect the washer and look for a clog in the drain pump. If the drain path is clear, the drain pump usually needs to be replaced.

The electronic control board and the water pressure sensor are not communicating

1. Disconnect your washing machine. 2. Move the washer away from the wall to gain access to the machine’s back. 3. Find the two screws that hold the top panel in place. To unscrew them, you’ll need a 1/4-inch nut driver. 4. Disconnect the old electronic control board from the rest of the system. Pull the wire harness plug from the connection receptacle after releasing the locking tabs from the wire connectors. To remove the electronic control board from the support bracket, unscrew the head screw and slide it out. 5. Connect the new electronic control board. 6. Attach the wires to the new board in the same manner as they were to the old one. 7. Screw the top panel back on. 8. Connect your washer to the power source.

Problem with the door lock

1. To find the switch, look for it in the door frame of your washing machine. You may also find it in a door lock assembly. 2. Examine the strike to ensure that it is properly connected with the lock assembly. When you’re inspecting the door, make sure it’s shut. 3. Once you’ve located the strike, look for any signs of damage or cracking. 4. Check for continuity in the switch. Disconnect the washing machine to ensure your safety while resolving the problem. 5. To reach the switch, remove the front panel. You’ll need to detach the front panel in order to see it. 6. Remove the switch so you can test it once you’ve gained access to the front panel. 7. Make sure the multimeter is set to the RX1 setting. 8. Connect the probes to the terminals of the switch. You should obtain an infinite reading. Make sure you push on and hold the switches button now that the probes are on the terminals. You should get a reading of zero or extremely close to zero.

Communication problems with the motor control board

1. Unplug the washing machine. 2. Remove your washer’s cabinet by unscrewing it. 3. Disconnect the wires from the motor. When removing them, make sure you utilize the metal connectors that are attached to them rather than pulling directly on the wires. 4. Use a multimeter that’s on the RX1 setting and touch the terminals of the motor. 5. With one probe still on the terminal, contact the bare metal housing of the motor with the second probe. This is how you check for a ground connection, and the test on your multimeter should show 0 or almost 0.

Too much suds in the washing machine

Fill your washer with water and add 2 cups of white distilled vinegar. Run the washing machine through its full cycle.
